Samir Malik

Co-Founder: MD & CEO

Samir is a Management Graduate from the University of Pune and holds a rich professional experience of 24 years across FMCG & BFSI sectors - the last 8 years as an SMT member of some of the marquee organizations. Samir started his career at Berger Paints where he was instrumental in the development of the indenting software besides leading the sales and distribution team for Western Uttar Pradesh. From there he moved to GE Capital, leading the sales and distribution team for southern markets, and promoting a range of financial products. Thereafter, he joined ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company as a Founder Member, and rose to become Business Head of the Third Party Distribution Sales Channel. At HDFC Life he designed, implemented and led the low-cost variable third party sales channel. The channel in just 3 years grew from scratch to contribute 40% of agency sales. Consistently rated as a top performer, he also set up the low-cost Branch Sales Channel apart from conceiving and leading various innovative initiatives with sourcing, productivity enhancements, sales training & CSR as dominant themes. His last stint has been with SKS Microfinance where he worked as a SMT member in deep rural markets Samir was also a co- founder of Aviom India Housing Finance, a company focused on providing home loans to the low-income segment.

Atul has over 20 years of diverse experience in Leadership roles in India. An engineer by profession, a Marketing asset with rich experience across Manufacturing, Retail & Telecom - spanning Corporate and Operations roles. Has been associated with organizations like Vodafone, Adidas and RPG Retail in the past. His last assignment was with Vodafone India and in his 12-year tenure he has the rare distinction of having handled 3 diverse leadership roles, evolving from Retail to Customer Service and Marketing operations, driving a variety of marketing programs encompassing consumer research, brand communication, digital marketing and retail branding across formats. A successful track record of managing new product launches, pricing, analytics and product portfolios in the highly competitive telecom Industry

With over a decade of experience in Data Science and Analytics, he has helped various Fortune500 companies and SMEs in leveraging the power of data to save thousands, improved process, efficiency, develop targeted marketing strategies, support business growth and, critically, differentiate themselves from competitors. With the advent technologies and deep understanding of this segment, Gaurav with a rich experience in Data Modelling, Forecasting and Predictive Analytics is helping us to create a digital solution to provide speedy and more accurate loans to this most neglected section of society

Dilip is a seasoned management professional with significant experience in green-field projects,MNCs and Public Sector Undertakings across diverse sectors such as banking, life insurance,retail financial services & health care. Working as an Independent Management Consultant since 2011, consulting with first generation entrepreneurs, family businesses in addressing their distribution and marketing challenges. Dilip was the Founding member and senior executive of two successful joint ventures: HDFC Standard Life and SBI Cards.As Executive Vice President, HDFC Life Insurance between 2000 and 2010 he was instrumental in setting up 180 branch offices and 126 micro offices across India within the timelines & budgets apart from enlisting over a lakh of agents all over the country. Set up highly productive rural and direct distribution channels, continuously monitored quality of sales and accomplished a benchmark persistency level of 89% along with cost efficiency in expenses. He was a core member of a cross functional team consisting of senior managers from SBI and GE Capital of USA for roll out of SBI Card. The card was launched in a record time of 18 months. He successfully leveraged the strengths of both the joint venture partners and ensured that the critical objective of utilizing the large Bank staff in marketing the card to banks' customers was achieved. Dilip has also served in India’s premier public sector bank, State Bank of India for over 16 yearsin India & London. During his stint he donned a multitude of roles including Branch Banking,Trade Finance, Profit centre management, Human Resources management & development, marketing of bank schemes, Commercial credit and Personal loans.With the advent technologies and deep understanding of this segment, Gaurav with a rich experience in Data Modelling, Forecasting and Predictive Analytics is helping us to create a digital solution to provide speedy and more accurate loans to this most neglected section of society
